Against the backdrop of the new normal of economic development, the core of enterprise united front work is to build a "Concentric" culture based on the work philosophy of "serving the enterprise, employees, customers and society", so as to realize a win-win situation for the integrated development of the enterprise and its staff. Under the correct leadership and effective arrangement of municipal and township governments, the united front work of our Group has been carried out in a well-organized and orderly manner.

As spring turned to summer, all things thrived with blooming foliage, singing birds and chirping cicadas. At 16:00 on June 16, accompanied by gentle southeast breezes and intermittent drizzles, Li Jianfei, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Zhejiang Federation of Industry and Commerce, led a delegation to conduct an on-site research visit to our Group. Shen Dongping, Chairman of KEG Group, Zhou Haoqiang, General Manager of Kaifeng Electric Appliances, and Zhang Qunfeng, Deputy Director of the Group Office, received Secretary Li and his entourage.

During the tour of the United Front Work Activity Room of Kaifeng Electric Appliances, Secretary Li Jianfei carefully listened to a detailed introduction covering the organizational structure, articles of association and daily activities of various functional teams of the Kaifeng Association for Knowledge and Talent Promotion, and put forward targeted comments and guidance on a regular basis.

A follow-up symposium was held in the group conference room. The President of the Kaifeng Association for Knowledge and Talent Promotion first delivered a special report on the united front work achievements of Kaifeng Electric Appliances. Subsequently, the General Manager of Kaifeng Electric Appliances and the Group Chairman delivered separate speeches, elaborating on how the united front work of non-public enterprises empowers corporate development, benefits employees and delivers positive social energy.

Secretary Li delivered important instructions on the enterprise’s future work. He emphasized that the enterprise should give full play to the respective functions and advantages of Party organizations, trade unions and united front organizations, realize the organic integration of all forces, optimize internal management, accelerate corporate transformation and upgrading, and create a new situation of harmonious and high-speed development for the enterprise.
