On September 9, 2021, the 2021 Ningbo Refrigerator Industry Vocational Skills Competition, hosted by the Ningbo Household Electrical Appliances Association, was grandly held at Cixi Zhongyi Business Hotel. Our company won the First Prize in the Group Category.
Yu Fuwei, Deputy Director of the Consumer Goods Industry Division of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology; Sun Guangyao, Laboratory Director of Ningbo Institute of Product & Food Quality Inspection; Li Buzhi, Minister and Lu Baihui, Director of Product Department II of CQC Hangzhou Center; Sun Guangjiong, Laboratory Director of Ningbo Customs Technology Center; and Wang Yafei, Greater China General Manager of Electronic & Electrical Products at TÜV Rheinland Germany, served as expert panel members to supervise and assess the competition on site.
Wang Weiding, Secretary-General of the Association, delivered a speech covering the competition objectives and the current situation of Ningbo’s refrigerator market. Afterwards, Director Sun Guangjiong explained the competition rules, General Manager Wang Yafei interpreted the written test questions, Minister Li Buzhi read out the practical operation rules, and Director Sun Guangyao announced the competition results.
In strict accordance with the Technical Documents for the 2021 Ningbo Refrigerator Industry Skills Competition, the competition ensured fairness and impartiality in every link including organization, contest execution, judging, scoring and award presentation. The competition consisted of two parts: written examination and fault troubleshooting. Participants from various enterprises complied with competition rules, answered test questions and operated equipment earnestly, creating an intense and competitive atmosphere throughout the venue. After comprehensive scoring by the expert panel, the KandE team composed of Cao Rong and Liu Baidong from the After-sales Service Department won the Group First Prize with solid theoretical knowledge and superb technical proficiency.
This marked the 3rd vocational skills competition organized by the Ningbo Household Electrical Appliances Association. By building a platform for mutual learning, exchange and skill competition, the event aims to give full play to the association’s role as a public service platform, improve the skill level of employees in Ningbo’s advantageous industries, advance the high-quality development of the home appliance industry, and lift the reputation and competitiveness of Ningbo’s home appliance sector within the industry.
